A New Space Race?
China has announced that they will attempt to put a man on the moon by 2024. This follows President Bush’s January announcement that the US will return to the moon by 2020. Given the general decline in US-China relations, could this result in a new space race?
Speaking of US-China relations, most don’t realize that China actually owns much of the US National Debt. Is China in the midst of financially overthrowing our nation? It’s hard to say, but I assure you that, sooner or later, our culture of debt will kick us in the ass.

i recently read up on some sneakiness that the chinese are partacking in. they have spies here stealing all sorts of highly classified information. just recently they’ve stolen designs to the black hawk helicopters…some new high teched night vision…. all different designs for land and sea bombs. whats funny about this is that some of these chinese people were actually born here but there loyalities are with china. all i can say is that there parents must have been hell to grow up with.
there also stealing shit from Russia.
i think this “landing on the moon” might be a diversion of whats really going on.

I’m sure that landing on the moon is supposed to divert us from something, but they might not even know what yet! If the Chinese continue to steal our secrets, they might make it there before us! To be fair, we are probably stealing our fair share of secrets too…
Some conspiracy theorists think that we never went to the moon at all. I guess this would be a hugh motivator for us to get there and put up our American flag, claiming the moon for the US, before China can call our bluff and claim it for themselves!
But of course, my mind is boggling with conspiracies that could result in a race to the moon. Is it for resources? Land? I have heard talk of putting surveilance satellites on the moon… My favorites will always be conspiracies involving aliens and nanobots, so any that combine the two would rock! It could be an excellent movie starring Jennifer Garner and the guy from tripleX…

yeah I saw some flick on how it was a hoax that we landed on the moon. like the shadows and stuff weren’t where they were suppossed to be. i think at the time, the fact that mankind “suppossedly” landed on the moon was good for the human race.
Excuse the emotion in the next statement- it was kind of like for those first steps onto the moon everyone was united in a single cause- for once. it’s touching. someone needs to land on Mars or something cause shit around here is getting a little too violent.
and if we land on Mars there could be a kick ass sequel to the moon movie with nanobots, aliens, Gardner and Hunk.
come to think of it I think Hunk was already in a Mars movie.
