If the Chinese continue to steal our secrets, they might make it there before us! To be fair, we are probably stealing our fair share of secrets too... Some conspiracy theorists think that we <a href="http://www.apfn.org/apfn/moon.htm" rel="nofollow">never went to the moon</a> at all. I guess this would be a hugh motivator for us to get there and put up our American flag, claiming the moon for the US, before China can call our bluff and claim it for themselves! But of course, my mind is boggling with conspiracies that could result in a race to the moon. Is it for resources? Land? I have heard talk of putting surveilance satellites on the moon... My favorites will always be conspiracies involving aliens and nanobots, so any that combine the two would rock! It could be an excellent movie starring Jennifer Garner and the guy from tripleX... Some conspiracy theorists think that we never went to the moon at all. I guess this would be a hugh motivator for us to get there and put up our American flag, claiming the moon for the US, before China can call our bluff and claim it for themselves!
